Chau Duong Quang is a doctoral student of the Department of Educational Policy & Leadership, SUNY at Albany, and concurrently a research assistant at The Program for Research on Private Higher Education (PROPHE). He holds a mastesr degree in Higher & Professional Education from the UCL Institute of Education, UK.
His main research interest is higher education, especially private higher education, including the traditional non-profit sector, the growing for-profit sector and even corporate universities.
A newcomer to the academic world, Quang has been involved in various youth development initiatives and volunteer undertakings. Indirectly these activities have stimulated his interest in higher education in Vietnam.
